The 90th Running of the Crotona Midnight Run sponsored by the Ramapo Motorcycle Club faced the anticipated challenges that February always brings to the North East!  Snow, ice, frigid temps and 120 miles of mostly back roads in the dark! At 12:01 Feb 24, 31 souls braved the rigors of the challenge as one by one was released into the night by Ramapo's starter Cathie Roberts. 60 miles later (or 80 or 90 based on some tales) those who made it to mid point clustered together at the Carmel Diner to compare notes and cautions while they laid over awaiting the 4 a.m. re-start for the second leg!
